After all the hoopla of the the holidays and the new year, I took a step back to enjoy being in the kitchen for something a lot less elaborate than we’re used to. One of my favorite go-to comfort food meals is Shrimp and Grits. We’re looking at TV today filled with tragic news and we needed a little hug in a bowl.
I am happy to say that I have found there’s no wrong way to make Shrimp and Grits. This is my quick take on this age old classic and I certainly hope you enjoy.
